Je me suis rendu compte que cela demandait beaucoup d’expérience à un coureur avant de savoir à quelle allure courir sur des intervalles donnés. Par exemple sur un 30 vite/30 lent, à quelle vitesse courir et sur un 6×400 ? Cela ralentit la progression surtout dans les premières semaines/mois.
Vous n’aurez plus à gérer cette problématique.
Apres avoir réalisé deux tests, un sur 400m et un sur 1600m, votre profil de coureur sera déterminé (besoin de vitesse / besoin d’endurance).
A chaque séance, vous aurez exactement les objectifs de temps qui vous conviennent.
Par exemple sur une séance de 8x400m, vous aurez le temps cible qui vous est propre avec les temps de passage au 100m pour calibrer votre allure.
Vous progresserez ainsi de façon optimale.
